Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's National Festival for Heritage and Culture cultural program "Al-Janadriah 31" will kick off Thursday in the capital Riyadh.
The annual festival hosts an elite of intellectuals and thinkers from around the world. The cultural program is considered a platform of thought of a great consideration and appreciation for its balanced issues tackling a common humanitarian concern, away from problems and differences, and keeping pace with latest events and developments at local, regional and global levels, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
On this occasion, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard and President of the Supreme Committee of Al-Janadriah Festival, said that the event includes many activities, lectures and seminars in all areas.
The festival will also include heritage events and poetry evenings presented by a number of poets in the Gulf. (QNA)
