'Shukran Qatar' trending on social media in Lebanon

Doha: After Qatar’s successful efforts in the release of 16 Lebanese soldiers, the hash tag 'Shukran Qatar' (#????_??? in Arabic) is trending in Lebanon social media channels.

Lebanese Justice Minister Ashraf Rify also thanked Qatar for its efforts in reaching the deal.

Qatar's mediation has succeeded in releasing 16 Lebanese soldiers, who were captured in Jarrod Arsal in August 2014, in exchange for 25 prisoners, including 17 women and their children.
The hash tag thanking Qatar is topping on all social media platforms in Lebanese and has created a wave of deep gratitude among the Lebanese.
