Doha: Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy shared an Ehteraz helpline for the international fans who are arriving in the country for FIFA Arab Cup.
In a tweet, the SC stated international fans arriving in Qatar to attend the FIFA Arab Cup matches can now call the number +974 4495 4380 to inquire anything related to the Ehteraz pre-registration platform.
It further added that after completing the pre-registration process on Ehteraz and uploading all the necessary documents, fans will be provided with a request number that will allow them to follow up on the status of their registration whether it is pending, rejected or incomplete.
There will also be follow up instructions to successfully complete their registration, if necessary.
This will be done through direct communication with the pre-registration management team for any outstanding approvals.
