Kuwait: Kuwait Bourse closed up yesterday as the All Share Index gained 22.9 points to reach 7,330.29 points, an increase of 0.31 percent.
As many as 112.17 million shares valued at KD33.5m (roughly USD 101.5m) were traded via 7,098 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 6.3 points to reach 5,620.73 points, an increase of 0.11 percent, through 59.11 million shares done via 2,719 transactions valued at KD 7.5m (roughly USD 22.7 million).
The Premier Market Index went up by 29.6 points to reach 8,160.04 points, an increase of 0.36 percent through 53 million shares done via 4,279 transactions valued at KD26m (roughly USD 78.7m). Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index decreased by 1.09 points to the level of 5,708.56 points, down by 0.02 percent, through stock volume of 44.2 million shares done in 1607 deals at a value of KD5.7m (roughly USD 17.2m).
