Doha: Ooredoo, a pioneering supporter of regional sporting excellence, is the Title Sponsor of the Ooredoo Padel Tournament, which began on Wednesday at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
The tournament — organised by the Qatar Tennis Federation — is featuring more than 90 teams, some including prominent players drawn from national and international padel competitions.
The tournament which is featuring exciting matches will conclude on February 5.
The organising committee of the tournament has allocated prize money for the winners, who will be honoured by senior officials from the Qatar Tennis Federation and Ooredoo.
Non-participants are invited to watch the contestants – each making high-performance contributions to the racquet sport – compting for top honours.
