DOHA: The Jelaiha Intersection on Al Khafji Street is now open to traffic. The opening constitutes phase one of upgrading the street and includes converting the Jelaiha Roundabout to a signal-controlled Intersection, Public Works Authority (Ashghal) said yesterday.
Works also included upgrading around 300 metres of Al Khafji Street and Arab League Street. Phase one of the project started during the last week of June and lasted three months.
