Gaza: The death toll from Israeli occupation genocide in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has risen to 48,440 after 35 more fatalities had been reported over the past 24 hours.
Medical sources in Gaza said the deaths included 30 bodies recovered from the debris and four new martyrs.
Meanwhile, the sources said the number of injuries has risen to 111,845 after receiving further 10 cases due to the ongoing attacks.
They added that many victims were still trapped under the rubble with paramedics and civil defense crews unable to reach them.
Despite the Gaza ceasefire deal that took effect on January 19, many citizens have been reported killed and injured since then in various parts across the enclave.
