If you are availing the PCR test at Lusail COVID-19 drive-through centre, here is what you need to know.
According to Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), the centre will only offer PCR tests and not Rapid Antigen Tests which are available at Primary Health Care Corporation Health Centres.
It is open from 8am to 10pm daily, and the last entrance is at 9pm. When coming to the drive-through centre, make sure to bring your Health Card, Qatar ID, wear a mask, and show your Ehteraz.
Visitors who does not have his own car can visit via taxi. The process cannot be completed on foot.
The 10-lane centre was opened yesterday which is located opposite Lusail Circuit.
MoPH disclosed that the centre can conduct nasal swabs for up to 5,000 people per day.
Moreover, it will continue to work as a centre for PCR examination services as long as the demand for it remains exceptionally high because of the Omicron variant
