Makkah Al Mukarramah: The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, participated in the third joint ministerial meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs of the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt HE Dr. Badr Abdel Aati, which was held today in Makkah Al Mukarramah.
The meeting dealt with ways to enhance strategic relations and joint work in many areas that would contribute to achieving joint interests, and the continuation of consultation, coordination and exchange of views on regional and international issues of common interest, especially developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, and ways to facilitate the flow of humanitarian aid to the Strip without obstacles, in addition to discussing ways to support and enhance stability in the region.
