Ooredoo yesterday announced a new LTE Mobile Router – the Nighthawk MR 1100 Mobile Router – which is available at Ooredoo Shops and on the eShop.
The new Netgear and Ooredoo device has been designed to be the best Mobile Broadband device ever, and has a host of features that have been previously requested by customers.
On top of the ability to deliver incredible download speeds of up to 1 Gbps, and upload speeds up to 150Mbps, the Nighthawk MR 1100 Mobile Router can connect up to 20 Wi-Fi enabled devices at a time (the largest number ever for an Ooredoo Mobile Broadband device).
To ensure that Internet protection is always available, even when using the device on-the-go, Ooredoo has also enabled parental controls to guard access to inappropriate online content for children.
The device also supports Ooredoo’s advanced CAT 16 network, which will empower customers to download an MP3 file of 3MB in less than a second, a 950MB HD TV episode in eight seconds, and a 15GB Blu-Ray Movie in two minutes.
Ooredoo’s new device will work with the company’s SIM only Endless Internet Packs, which come in denominations of 6 GB, 10 GB, 14 GB, 20 GB, 30 GB, 45 GB and Unlimited data.
