Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received at Lusail Palace this evening, HE Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the brotherly Sultanate of Oman, and the accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to the country.
At the beginning of the meeting, HE Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al-Busaidi conveyed the greetings of HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, the Sultan of Oman, to HH the Amir his wishes for good health and happiness and continued progress and prosperity for the Qatari people.
For his part, HH the Amir conveyed his greetings to his brother, HM the Sultan, and wishes for his continued success and accomplishments, and for the brotherly people of Oman, further development and prosperity.
During the meeting, they reviewed the fraternal relations between the two countries and ways of developing and enhancing them in various fields, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani.
