Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ahmed Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud represented Qatar in the International Neutrality Conference held yesterday in Turkmenistan’s capital, Ashgabat, under the theme ‘Policy of Neutrality: International Cooperation for Peace, Security and Development’. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow inaugurated the conference. The conference was also attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
