DOHA: Mediaplus, Anti Smoking Society and Friends Cultural Centre jointly organized an awareness programme in connection with the world heart day.
Speakers on the occasion highlighted the need for systematic physical exercise, inculcating healthy food habits and modifying life style .
Usman Muhammed, Managing director of Speedline Printing press inaugurated the event. Anti smoking society president Dr. Abdul Rasheed, delivered the keynote address. Friends Cultural Centre executive director Habeeburahman Kizhisseri chaired the function. Mediaplus CEO Amanulla Vadakkangara , Dr Aneees Ali, Rafeeq Mechery and K V Abdulla Kutty spoke.
