Saudi stock market index closes higher

Riyadh: The main Saudi stock index closed Monday, up 66.15 points, to close at 11,947.70 points, with trades worth SR 7 billion.

The volume of shares traded amounted to 243 million shares, with the shares of 105 companies recording an increase in value, while the shares of 116 companies closed with a decline.

The Saudi parallel stock index (Nomu) closed Monday, up 153.06 points, to close at 25,849.92 points, with trades worth SR 37 million, and the quantity of shares traded reached 2 million shares.
