Doha: There will be a rain, may be thundery at times at some places, the Department of Meteorology warned in its daily weather report.
Report reads:
Weather inshore tonight until 6.00 a.m. on Saturday will be hazy and partly cloudy to cloudy with rain may be thundery at times at places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind expected at some areas.
Offshore, it will be hazy and cloudy with scattered rain may be thundery at times, the report added, warning of thundery rain associated with strong wind and high seas.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05-15 knots reaches 25 knots with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 18-28 knots reaches to 35 knots with thundery rain.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers .
Sea state inshore will be 2-4 feet rises to 5 feet with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be 5-8 feet rises to 13 feet at places with thundery rain.
