Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy has reopened Al Janoub Park and Al Ersal Park from today for sporting activities as part of the gradual lifting of restrictions which were in place to curb the spread of COVID-19.
The parks are located in Al Wakrah and Onaiza, near West Bay respectively.
SC through its social media handles urged visitors to comply strictly with the preventive measures like maintaining social distancing.

“Please note that only sporting activities will be allowed in the parks and visitors must adhere to social distancing guidelines,” SC tweeted.
The parks, which are open in the first stage, for sports activities are Al Bayt Park at Al Khor, Al Bidda Park, Al Wakra Public Park, Al Khor Park, Park 66 - Al Qatifia, Al Shamal City Park, Al Sailiya Park - Abu Nakhleh, Al Dafna Park, MIA Park and Al Rayan Park.
