Qatar Sports Club booked a ticket to the quarter-finals of the Arab Club Table Tennis Championships which is currently being held in Jordan.
Qatar SC paddlers topped their group in the preliminary rounds, after recording four wins in a row before suffering one loss to confirm their place in the last-eight stage.
However, the second Qatari club at the Championships, Al Sadd failed to advance after finishing third in their group yesterday.
In the women's competitions, the Qatar SC managed to cross the preliminaries and qualify for the semi-finals by taking second place in their group, behind Bahrain's Aali SC. In the semi-finals, Qatar SC women will meet Al Ahly of Egypt which includes
