DOHA: Over 300 members of the Chinese community in Qatar, along with of senior diplomats, including Chinese Ambassador Li Chen, attended the 2016 Chinese Spring Festival celebrations hosted by Ezdan Hotel Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group.
In a statement, Ezdan Group said events included popular Chinese cultural activities and traditional sport shows.
In his speech, the ambassador praised Ezdan Hotels Management for hospitality and hosting the festival that is culturally prevalent and deep-rooted within the Chinese society. He also expressed joy over the generosity and grand reception shown by the hotel management to the Chinese diplomatic delegation and expatriates who attended the event.
He said this reflects the eagerness of Ezdan Group to strengthen relations with the Chinese people and bonds of cultural cooperation among people with different cultural backgrounds living in Qatar.

The festival comes to be an addition to the wide array of events and activities hosted by Ezdan Hotels to highlight its pivotal role in hospitality sector in Qatar.
