Doha: Ooredoo is reporting high demand for its Cloud Voice and Collaboration Suite, as more and more companies are looking to be connected to smart communications 24/7.
Based on Cisco’s Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS), Ooredoo’s Cloud Voice and Collaboration Suite delivers next generation voice telephony services for Qatar’s businesses.
It delivers immersive video conferencing, instant messaging, intelligent voicemail and other features as standard.
One of the key benefits of the solution is that it is hosted in the ‘cloud’, so that companies require minimal in-house IT resources and no onsite equipment to manage services.
The flexible, scalable and secure solution is increasingly being used by companies looking to reduce travel time and manage IT costs more effectively.
Yousuf Abdulla Al Kubaisi, Chief Operating Officer, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “As well as being able to share information and interact with customers, partners and colleagues in real time — saving on cost and travel time to meetings — Cloud Voice and Collaboration Suite makes it possible to replace IP Telephony platforms with a next generation service to offer enhanced features and better reliability for our customers.”
The service allows businesses to expand communications services with unrivalled on-demand scalability and offers them collaborative technologies delivered as highly secure and reliable cloud services.
Ooredoo plans initiatives with Cisco in the coming months, as the company looks to enhance next generation business services for companies in Qatar.
