Rana Naveed visits Pakistan Cricket Academy in Doha

Former Pakistan Test cricketer Rana Naveed ul-Hassan (in orange, standing) poses for a picture with Pakistan Cricket Academy (PCA) players, coaches and officials in Doha. The 34-year-old visited the Academy and inaugurated the training session for the 2012-2013 season. The fast bowler visited the Academy on the invitation of Pakistan’s Ambassador to Qatar, Mohammed Sarfraz Khanzada. The CEO of PCA, Dr Mansoor, President Shahid Iqbal Choudhry and QALCO Managing Director Fawad Rana introduced the players, coaches and facilities to the cricketer who was later briefed about the academy’s programmes. Rana gave tips and training to the young cricketers. Rana played nine Tests for Pakistan as well as appearing in 74 One-Day Internationals.
