DOHA: Crowne Plaza Doha The Business Park has introduced an exciting selection of new recipes to its menu at Aramede Restaurant – the Hotel’s all-day dining.
Till September 27, guests can expect to taste appetizing dishes from Thai Chef Ian Kittichai. As a youngster, Chef Ian used to help his mother buy produce for her shop but he had never planned to be a chef. His culinary journey began almost accidentally, working part-time at a 5-star hotel in London. He quickly realized his passion for cooking Thai cuisine and has since opened successful restaurants in New York, Barcelona and his home town Bangkok. His trademark red shoes have become a regular feature on TV’s Iron Chef Thailand.
Crowne Plaza Executive Chef Dominique Morin and his team will re-create Chef Ian’s dishes including tom yum soup, crispy cornflakes crusted fish, and grilled lamb with Thai basil.
