Doha, Qatar: Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE), Maha Al Ruwaili, underlined that the Education Excellence Award (EEA) is one of the most sublime forms of recognition of the efforts being exerted by individuals and institutions in the area of education and scientific research in the State of Qatar.
Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), Al Ruwaili highlighted that EEA is one of the foremost national initiatives that contributes to investment in human resources, constituting a core pillar of achieving the sustainable development, paying tribute to excellence and inspiring the others.
Today’s celebration of the 18th Education Excellence Day Award is devoted to the outstanding achievements made by students and educational institutions in Qatar, which manifest the level of excellence and innovation achieved in the fields of education and research, Al Ruwaili noted.
She added that EEA works to catalyze the spirit of creativity for students and researchers and strengthen the culture of constant academic improvement through its contribution to creating a wholesome competitive environment that encourages all to reach the upper echelon of performance, thereby enhancing their desire to proceed with advancing their scientific and technological skills.
Al Ruwaili stated that the EEA’s impact is not only limited to individuals who receive it, but rather extends to encompass the entire society, emphasizing that it deepens the notions of excellence through promoting the positive orientations toward knowledge and scientific research.
Having congratulated the winners of EEA, Al Ruwaili underlined that those winners are a quintessential embodiment of the notion that success is realized through unwavering doggedness and ingenuity.
She emphasised that MoEHE is proud of these milestones, along with the positive impact students will make in the scientific community, as their creativity will have a profound impact on the community.
