Doha: The final round of the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTTC) will take place in Qatar from November 26 to 27 at the Losail International Circuit.
This last round of the championship has generated a lot of interest among the fans and international media not only because it is going to be the first WTCC race in the Middle East but also because it will be the first ever WTCC race celebrated at night, under the floodlights of the Losail International Circuit.
The championship is composed by 12 round and Qatar will round out the 2015 season, with the participation of the Qatari hero Nasser Saleh Al Attiyah in this round.
All the fans can enjoy and thrill with the excitement of this championship at the main grandstand of the circuit, that will be free for all the enthusiasts and those who cannot attend can follow the exciting of this event at Eurosport as they will do an extensive television coverage with races broadcasted live.
Nasser bin Khalifa Al Attiyah, FIA Vice-President and QMMF President is pleased to host the WTCC first ever race in Qatar.
“We are delighted to host the WTCC for the first time here in Qatar and providing the drivers with a special first night event for the championship,” he said.
