Qatar basketball team, winners at the GCC 3x3 Basketball Championship, celebrate their win in Dubai, on Saturday. Qatar team “A” registered a convincing 21-16 victory over Qatar team “B” to make one-two. Saudi Arabia finished in third place. The event was organised by UAE Basketball Association and five teams from GCC nations, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and hosts United Arab Emirates took part. Meanwhile, President of Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) and General Secretary of Qatar Olympic Committee Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani appreciated the player’s effort and congratulated the team delegation on their dazzling achievement.
