Doha Metro to operate at 20% capacity on Fridays and Saturdays

Doha: In line with the recent decision by Qatar Cabinet to reimpose measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Doha Metro has announced that it will operate at 20% capacity on Fridays and Saturdays. This decision is effective from tomorrow, March 26, until further notice.

It has also reiterated that social distancing measures will remain in place. The consumption of food and beverages on the network also remains prohibited. 

Doha Metro also stated that queuing arrangements may be in operation at stations to control access during busier times.
