Doha: Rains were reported from different parts of Qatar. A reader send us a video of rain from Doha-Dukhan road.
Latest satellite image shows local cloud formations over the country with some rain detected by radar over central areas, meteorology department tweeted.

According to latest updates, local clouds are expected to form noontime with a chance of rain over central and northwestern areas.
Met also said that radar has detected light to moderate rain east of Al Shahania.
The weather forecast for Qatar valid until 6pm Wednesday inshore will be hazy to misty or foggy at places at first becoming moderate temperature day time with some local clouds. Offshore, it will be hazy to misty at places and some clouds, department of meteorology said in its report.
Warning poor horizontal visibility at places at first inshore.

Wind inshore will be southeasterly to northeasterly from 05 to 15 knot. offshore, it will be southeasterly to easterly from 03 to 10 knot, reaching 15 knot at times.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometer decreasing 2 kilometer or less at places at first. The sea state inshore will be between 1 to 2 feet, offshore it will be 2 to 3 feet reaching 4 feet at times.
