Doha: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received a written message from Prime Minister of Guyana H E Mark Phillips, pertaining to bilateral relations. This came during His Excellency’s meeting yesterday with Presidential Assistant and Personal Representative of the President and Minister Responsible for South Europe, the Middle East and Africa H E George Andrew Hallaq.
