Ramallah: Two Palestinians were injured in Israeli live fire during a military raid on the town of Beit Furik, located to the east of Nablus, Saturday.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society reported that its emergency teams treated a 15-year-old boy who sustained a gunshot wound to the thigh, and a 30-year-old man who was shot in the foot during the Israeli raid.

Both individuals were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Local sources reported that Israeli forces stormed Beit Furik, firing live bullets and tear gas canisters in the process.
