Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, inaugurated its 8th service centre in the presence of Abdulrahman Abduljaleel Al Abdulghani, Vice-Chairman, AAB; Hajime Suzuki, Deputy General Manager of Bahrain Representative Office (BRO) of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC); and R K Murugan, CEO, AAB.
The service centre is located at Al Mattar Street between Toyota signal and Qatar Airways’ old building. Abdulrahman Abduljaleel added that the opening of the new Service Center is part of AAB’s commitment to offer highest level of quality and service to our valued customers.
This will help AAB to meet the Service requirements of their customers living in areas such as Matar Qadeem, Al Hilal, Al Thumama, Umm Ghuwailina, Al Mansoora, Doha Jadeed, Ras Abu Aboud, Najma & Bank Street, C-Ring and D-Ring Roads.
The new Service Center has 15 fully air-conditioned working bays with 13 lifters and 4 car wash bays. Necessary tools and equipment are available to perform all types of periodic maintenance, Air conditioning jobs, Suspension works and timing belt replacement.
A 24-hour secured 75 parking slots are available for customers. For the convenience of valued customers, the new QSC has its Customers’ Lounge, Ladies’ Lounge and Prayer.
Plans to open an Express Maintenance Service at the new Service Centre are underway by the end of the year.
This will give the customers the chance to wait and watch from the dedicated Express Maintenance Lounge, while their vehicles are being worked on by three well-trained and certified technicians. At the Express Maintenance Bays, it will take only one hour from receiving the car for the job to be completed. The new Service is ready to serve customers from 6am to 12 midnight from Saturday to Thursday.
