Qatar's Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan accumulated 6,620 points to claim sixth spot.
Doha: Qatar men’s beach volleyball team consisting of the duo Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan, has seized the sixth place in the World Rankings recently issued by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
Qatar’s team collected (6,620) points, as the Norwegian duo Mol and Sorum topped the rankings and first place with (9.220) points, while the runner-up place went to Dutch duo Brouwer and Meeuwsen who collected a total of (7,040) points.
Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games bronze medalists has achieved many outstanding results in recent years which made the team one of the world’s first teams in the world rankings.
