Doha: More than 25,000 automotive fans have flocked to Doha Exhibition & Conference Centre (DECC) for Qatar Motor Show, organised by Qatar Tourism Authority.
The show has been wowing crowds since its opening on Thursday as one of the most anticipated events of the year.
It is free and open until today.
Visitors are advised to pre-register via www.qatarmotorshow.gov.qa to gain fast track access to the event.
Showcasing 18 percent more brands than in 2015 and with a new home at the DECC in the heart of Doha, the show is bigger, bolder and more interactive.
Featuring showroom and hands-on experiences from more than 40 leading international brands, enthusiasts can see over 20 regional and local car model premieres.
Exhibitors include Audi, BMW, Bosch, Cadillac, Castrol, Chrysler, Continental, Dodge, Ducati, Ferrari, Ford, GMC, Harley Davidson, Infinity, Jaguar, Jeep, KTM, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Maxus, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Performance Technology, Piaggio, Porsche, RAM, Renault, Rolls Royce, Sand X, Titanium, Toyota, Triumph, VW and Ziebart.
The all-new interactive Fanzone has also attracted crowds with daily stunt motorbike displays, Red Bull driving simulators and test drive opportunities.
Visitors have also seen guest star appearances from Red Bull athlete and professional Quad Racer Mohamed Abu Issa.
Daily competitions take place for show branded goodies and gifts, with partners such as the Marriott Marquis Doha West Bay or priority access to the exhilarating Evotek Technology F1 Simulator on the showroom floor.
The show has awarded more than 50 prizes to visitors and online fans with much more to come before it ends.
