Qatar tops the region in Police Service Reliability; third globally

Doha: Qatar bagged the first place in the Arab region and third place globally for reliability of police services in the World Economic Forum's (WEF) 2015-2016 Global Competitiveness Report. Finland stood first followed by New Zealand.
The report also mentions that Qatar holds 4th place globally in the physical security aspect, ahead of countries like USA, UK, France, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
The security pillar includes a number of features which includes the reliability on police services as well.
The security pillar measures the opinion of various segments of society about the reliability of police services in the country to enforce law and order. This reflects the trust of the public on services provided by the Ministry of Interior and the diversity of services offered to all segments of society in all security and police fields, in line with the Ministry’s five-year plan (2011-2016).

This is the 3rd consequent year Qatar retains the 3rd position globally in police services reliability.
The Ministry of Interior has been making the access to their services much easier for everyone residing in Qatar through their website and Metrash2, as well through the Unified Service Centers.
