Foggy weather to affect visibility

DOHA: A foggy weather at some places early this morning may affect visibility which could be as low as a kilometre or less, the weather bureau said in its routine forecast for today.
It will be cloudy at some places throughout the day and night will be cold. In Abu Samra, on Qatar’s border with Saudi Arabia, the mercury could drop to 12 degrees C at night. 
Day temperatures here have been forecast at 24 degrees C. In Doha, the day temperature will be 25 degrees C while the nightly temperature will be 17 degrees C.
In Khor, the night will be cold (13 degree C) while in the day the mercury will hover at around 25 degrees C. In Al Wakrah and Messaieed, day and night temperatures have been forecast at 24 degree C and 13 degrees C, respectively.
The weather bureau has issued no warning for offshore for today but said the weather will be hazy with some clouds hovering on the horizon.
Wind, inland, will be southeasterly to southwesterly and will gradually change direction to northwesterly to northeasterly moving at speed of three to 12 knots an hour.
The wind, offshore, will be southwesterly to northwesterly moving at speed of five knots an hour to 15 and eventually 18 knots an hour later in the day at places. Sunrise will be at 6.14 and will set at 4.47.
