Through Blue Sky Involve, the employees have been volunteering for various activities

Doha: With its continuous efforts of connecting employees with local communities and organizations, Johnson Controls Qatar, through its Blue Sky Involve initiative, recently conducted a tree-planting activity and visited Qatar Social Protection in Doha on November 18.

The event was an opportunity for the employees to share inspirational stories with resident minors and the administration staff of the institution. Committed to its corporate social responsibility, Johnson Controls’ Blue Sky Involve is an employee-driven volunteer program, which encourages employees to work voluntarily with local non-profit organizations.

Firas Al Rifai, General Manager of Johnson Controls in Qatar, said, “The organizations and causes we align with make a significant difference. We recognize that every dollar we contribute and each hour our employees volunteer are simply a first step towards bettering our communities and our world.”
