FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024 Qatar: Guidelines for downloading and sending tickets to friends

Doha, Qatar: FIFA launched the "FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024" mobile application today, which allows users to download previously purchased tickets or buy new tickets.

Downloading Tickets

Users can sign in via the app using their registered email on the FIFA website (FIFA ID).

Purchased tickets can be accessed by clicking the [My Tickets] button on the app's home page or the Wallet icon in the top right corner.

Entering the Stadium

For those who have purchased more than one ticket for a given match, it is recommended to send the tickets to the accompanying guests, which would allow them to enter individually. Otherwise, the guests would have to group up and accompany the tickets holder into the stadium.
Ticket holders can use the app to send tickets by clicking on the [Send your ticket(s)] button and entering the guest's email information.

Changing Ticket Guests

If a ticket has already been shared with a guest, it must be returned to the purchaser before sharing it with a new guest.

Once it is back on the buyer's mobile device, they can either keep the ticket or click on the [Send your ticket(s)] option to transfer them to new guests.
Important Note

Access to the stadium will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024. No entry will be granted upon presentation of any confirmation email received from FIFA.

To register for the app, users must be 16 years old or above.
