Doha: As thundery rain lashes various parts of Qatar, workers from Ministry of Municipality and Environment (Baladiya) are busy at work to remove water from waterlogged roads around Qatar.
Tireless efforts continue all over the state to remove the rainwater. More #rains are expected. Cooperate with authorities and stay safe, Baladiya tweeted.
Rain emergency teams are busy with efforts to remove rain water from different areas, and data available shows that rainfall is much more than previous years at some areas.

In Umm Salal municipality Baladiya teams have removed more than 3 million gallons water till last night and the municipality received 35 reports.
In Al Rayyan municipality, they removed more than 2 million gallons water, mostly from South Muaither.
In Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Dakhira also they removed more than 2 million gallons, while in other Municipalities the quantity of water removed in only about half-million gallons.
