DOHA: Foggy conditions may continue in parts of the country this morning as well, but the mercury may increase slightly in Doha tonight, making the chill lose its sting.

The night has been cold for the past two to three days, but today the nightly temperatures forecast for different parts of the country are between 13 and 17 degrees Celsius.
In Doha, the mercury may rise to 17 degrees tonight, while day temperatures are expected to be around 24.
The night will be cold in Al Khor in the north and Al Wakrah and Messaieed in the south, with the temperature being 13 degrees there.
In Al Ruwais, there will hardly be any difference between night and day temperatures as the maximum expected is 20 degrees and the minimum 18.
In Al Wakrah and Messaieed, the difference between day and night mercury levels will be higher — 11 degrees — as the maximum forecast is 24 and the minimum 13.
Due to the foggy weather in different places this morning, visibility is expected to be 2km or less, later improving to four to 8km as the day progresses.
The night in Doha and Al Ruwais may not be as cold as it has been for the past two to three nights.
Inland, the wind will be northwesterly, initially changing direction later to northeasterly, moving at speeds between three and 12 knots.
Offshore, it will be windy in the morning and the seas will be high. Northwesterly to northeasterly winds will be moving at speeds of six knots and later 16 to 22 knots offshore.
In its routine forecast for today, the weather bureau said the deep sea will be wavy, with waves rising up to five to seven feet at places at times.
