Doha: The FTSE Russell Global Equity Index Series announced the results of its semiannual review, which will take effect after the close of trading on March 20, 2025, for the Qatari market.
According to a statement issued by the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), the semiannual review revealed no changes in the Large, Mid, and Small Cap segment. The changes were limited to the Micro Cap segment.
The review, published on the QSE website on Sunday, revealed the addition of eight companies to the FTSE Russell Micro Cap Indices, namely: Baladna, Gulf Warehousing, Mannai Corporation, Qatar Industrial Manufacturing, Qatar Islamic Insurance, Qatar National Cement, Qatari Investors Group, QLM Life and Medical Insurance.
The FTSE semiannual review also announced the deletion of one company from the FTSE Russell Micro Cap Indices: Qatari German Company for Medical Devices.
