Doha: On October 29, 2015, the students and teachers of Elementary, Middle and High Schools took part in the Arts and Crafts Exhibition & Science Fair inaugurated by HE Ashud Ahmed, the Ambassador of Bangladesh to Qatar and Chairman of Bangladesh MHM School & College.
Principal Md Jashim Uddin along with other teachers and students offered a warm reception to the new Chairman at his first visit to the institute at 4 pm. HE Ashud Ahmed, in his inaugural speech, expressed his deep appreciation of the event conducted by the School Authority.
The fair was highly praised by the viewers who really enjoyed the creativity and craftsmanship of the students. On this occasion Bangladesh Embassy officials, parents, guardians and community members were present. Under the patronage of Principal Mr Md Jashim and Vice-Principal Mr Zulfikar Azad, teachers and students of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, Business Studies and Physical Education Department together with other students took part in the exhibition and fair.
Among the 300 arts and crafts projects and 100 science projects, most were really praise worthy. Some of the main attractions of the exhibition were producing electricity from lemon, water treatment plant, bottle car, 3D view of objects, wind mill, producing static electricity, mystery of the universe etc along with artistic projects of elementary students.
The Chairman as well as the visitor highly commended the inventiveness of the young geniuses and artists of the school and hoped that this sort of exhibition would arouse inquisitiveness among the students.
