Djibouti: Qatar Charity (QC) has opened an office in Djibouti as part of its policy to achieve direct supervision of its construction, development and relief projects.
QC CEO Youssuf Ahmed Al Kuwari said the office aims to provide humanitarian and developmental assistance to the people to enhance the bonds of amity and fraternity between the brotherly peoples of Qatar and Djibouti based on cooperation and strategic planning to meet the needs of the ‘Djibouti 2035’ development plan.
He said the office started relief and development projects in Djibouti and for Yemeni refugees in the country during the past months and the projects were worth QR8m. QNA
