Doha: The Investment and Commerce Court organised a specialised seminar titled the provisions of cheque and executive bonds under the enforcement law. The seminar was attended by President of the Investment and Commerce Court Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly, President of the enforcement court Judge Dr. Ibrahim Hilal Al Mohannadi, and a number of judges and officials from the Supreme Judiciary Council.
The seminar addressed topics related to the provisions of cheque and executive bonds, reviewing legal amendments and their impact on commercial transactions.
