Occupied Jerusalem: The Israeli occupation continued its aggression on Jenin and its camp for the 62nd consecutive day.
Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian from the village of Bir Al-Basha, south of Jenin, at dawn today, after raiding his home and ransacking it.
The Israeli occupation continues to send military reinforcements, accompanied by bulldozers, into Jenin camp.
Meanwhile, bulldozing operations to widen streets and pave new roads continue. Live ammunition continues to be fired in the vicinity of Jenin camp, and infantry units continue to move inside and around the camp.
The number of displaced persons from the camp reached 21,000, distributed between Jenin and some villages in the governorate.
According to the Jenin Municipality, the Israeli occupation forces bulldozed 100% of the streets in Jenin camp and nearly 80% of the streets in Jenin city, while the residents of 3,200 homes in the camp have been displaced.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on the city and camp of Jenin, now in its 62nd day, has left 34 martyrs, dozens injured, and detainees.
