Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani today issued Amiri Decision No. 11 of 2025 appointing the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
The Decision appointed HE Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al-Thani as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority, HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Khalid bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Thani as Vice Chairman, and Dr. Yahya bin Saeed Al Jafali Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Fahad Al Thani, Michael Ryan, Dr. Khalid Nasser Al Khater, and Ahmed Mohammed Issa Al Hassan Al Mohannadi as members of the Board of Directors.
The decision stipulated that it be implemented, effective from the date of its issuance, and published in the Official Gazette.
